Outgoing Prime Minister and CPN-UMl Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that his party would present itself in a responsible manner henceforth. “UML would play constructive role”, Oli said in brief while emerging out of the parliament after CPN-Maoist Centre Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal was elected the Prime Minister in the Legislature-Parliament today.
The ex-Prime Minister said this when journalists ask him ‘how UML would be present in the parliament after the change in guard.
Likewise, talking to journalists former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Kamal Thapa claimed that the Oli-led government was successful and congratulated Dahal on being elected the Prime Minister of Nepal in a complicated and difficult moment.
Commenting at the consensus with the United Madhesi Morcha on constitutional amendment, he made it clear that his party despite having differences on the constitution has accepted the national charter.
