An ISIS child suicide bomber 'aged between 12 and 13' was thwarted in his attempt to detonate an explosives belt after being arrested by security forces in Iraq. The boy was reportedly detained in Kirkuk, north of Baghdad, less than 24 hours after a child suicide bomber killed at least 51 people and injured 100 more at a wedding party in Turkey.The tense moment, captured on camera, showed Kurdish law enforcers arresting a young suicide bomber in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk late Sunday, Rudaw reports.Iraqi Kurdish security forces have arrested an 11-year-old boy after removing an explosive belt strapped to his body.
